Department of Projects Management

The definition and update of the overall project schedule of ELI Beamlines fall within the competence of this department, along with risk management, human resources management, information systems, IT support, communication with the media and public relation. The Projects Management Department is also responsible for defining and updating internal regulations, for setting up and implementing quality control.
