Detector: spectrophotometric diode array detector (190-600 nm). Injection system: automatic hydrodynamic or electrokinetic. Separation compartment: fused silica capillary, id/od 25-100/360 µm, total/effective length 30-100/20-90 cm; capillary is placed in the cartridge with liquid thermostatization at 10-60 °C.

Detectors: home-made photometric detector operating at fixed wavelength 206 nm (high-frequency excited electrodeless discharge lamp, interference filter, Si-photodiode).
