Workshop Energy Industry in a Broader Context (Energetika v širších souvislostech) je kolaborativní workshop, jehož účastníky jsou vědci, zástupci průmyslu, profesních organizací a státní správy, kteří společně diskutují budoucnost energetiky a vliv její očekávané transformace na životní prostředí, ekonomiku, veřejné zdraví či vnímání veřejností. Cílem je prodiskutovat rizika, omezení a příležitosti pro výzkum energetických technologií budoucnosti.

Workshop je sponzorován STRATEGIÍ AV21, pod záštitou Komise pro energetiku AV ČR, a organizuje jej Ústav termomechaniky AV ČR, v. v. i. Jazykem workshopu je angličtina.
