NS_1612 In its regular December survey the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on the topic of the US presidential election. Interest in the US presidential election showed more than two-fifths (45 %) of the Czech public, almost three fifths (55 %) do not care about this topic. 22 % of Czechs were satisfied with its outcome, 37 % expressed an indifferent position that they are "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied" and 22 % said out their dissatisfaction with Donald Trump's victory. >> Full text is available in Czech only <<

Questions focused mainly on opinion towards accepting refugees from concrete regions (Ukraine, Middle East and North Africa), concern with the current situation around refugees and perception of the situation as a security threat.
