Optical Biosensors team organized 10th Advanced Study Course on Optical Chemical Sensors – ASCOS2017: Biochemical sensors in medicine (July 20 - July 27, 2017). ASCOS 2017 was held in beautiful setting of Castle hotel Třešť in Czech Highland region under the support of Czech Academy of Sciences.

The foundation Nadání Josefa, Marie a Zdeňky Hlávkových awarded excellent Czech scientists and academics as well as extraordinary activities of students from Czech universities and the Czech Academy of Sciences.
The main attraction of the International Training School on "Fibre Lasers and Fibre Optic Technology" were the lectures given by the leading European experts from both academia and industry, as well as by the "hands-on" laboratory exercises, during which they participated in the preparation of optical fibres or fibre lasers build-up.
