1. The contributions are mainly published in Czech with a German or English summary (if the author is unable to arrange for a translation, this will be done by the editors), their length is not limited and it is possible to dedicate monographic issues to larger topics.
2. Manuscripts are accepted as a single copy and stored in standard electronic form (disc, zip) in MSWord format. If necessary it is possible to send them to this e-mail address marikova@arup.cas.cz.
3. The illustrative supplement is mainly published in black-and-white, only good quality material is accepted (preferably the original) or stored in digital form.
4. Specialist literature is cited according to the standards common in archeology and used in Památky Archeologické and Archeologické Rozhledy, that is in the main text in the format (author year, pages). If the relevant author has several cited publications in a given year, they should be diferentiated by small letters eg., a, b, (author year a, pages). More citations appearing after each other are separated by semicolon (author year a, pages; author year, pages). The complete biography is placed at the end of the text and the individual entries are in this form: Author/Editor (ed.), year: Title. Sub-heading., Magazine/Series Number, Pageing. (in the case of monographs) place of publication.
5. Footnotes can be used.
6. In the case of illustrative supplements the individual entries must be numbered and be provided with descriptions. There must be a reference to the relevant entry in the illustrative supplement at the relevant place in the text.
7. The authors have two opportunities to carry out corrections, in the case of the second one no more significant changes are expected.
8. The authors get 3 – 5 authors’ copies, there are no offprints.
We look forward to working with you.
