Velká a nápadně zbarvená kutilka Sceliphron curvatum, původem z podhorských oblastí jižní a střední Asie, byla zavlečena před asi 25 lety do Evropy, kde se rozšířila v několika zemích střední a jižní Evropy. Byla doložena i v ČR.

The large and conspicuously coloured hunter wasp Sceliphron curvatum originally inhabited foothill areas in central and southern Asia. About 25 years ago, the species was introduced to Europe where it has reached some countries in the central and southern part of the continent. The insect has also been found in the Czech Republic.
