This seminar will present the measured temperature dependence of inplane magnetic anisotropy and anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) in (Ga,Mn)As:Li investigated using magnetotransport techniques. The signs of the in-plane uniaxial anisotropy and AMR are temperature dependent. However, the sign of the transverse AMR (planar Hall effect) is temperature independent.
