Ivo Pezlar is a postdoctoral researcher at Institute of Philosophy at Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in Prague and a managing editor of the Teorie vědy / Theory of Science journal. His research interests focus on philosophical logic (especially theory of deduction, type theory and proof theory), formal semantics, formal epistemology and application of logic in AI. Ivo Pezlar earned his Master degree in Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno, where he also received his doctorate degree. He is a member of the Society for Cognitive Science and Philosophy.
