Filip Tomek visits New Mexico Highlands University, USA for a six-month fellowship
Postdoctoral researcher Filip Tomek was awarded a grant supporting the development of international cooperation of early-career scientists by the Czech Academy of Sciences. The project includes a six-month fellowship at New Mexico Highlands University, Las Vegas, New Mexico. Main focus of this project involves research of magma flow and emplacement beneath volcanoes on the example of the Platoro caldera (Colorado) and Cerrillos Hills radial dike complex (New Mexico).
