There is considerable excitement about...
Research directions of the NanoESCA laboratory within the new Center for Analysis of Functional Materials (SAFMAT) will be highlighted. The lab's potential with energy-resolved photoemission electron microscopy (PEEM) with 50-100nm lateral resolution as well as fast "snapshot" angular-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) is exemplified by a few recent results obtained on graphene, Heusler alloy, and oxide systems.
