The Institute of Hydrodynamics is a part of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. Institute is a non-profit organization rated on basic research. The Institute carries out theoretical and experimental research in the field of fluid mechanics, rheology, biomechanics, hydrology and environmental hydrodynamics.
