The Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, v. v. i., announces an international invitation for tenders for the job position: Researcher in Laboratory of X-ray tomography in the research Centre of Excellence Telč
Requirements:
• masters or PhD in technical field. PhD or started PhD study is an advantage
• excellent proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Czech or German is an
advantage
• independence, diligence, responsibility, reliability, integrity
• experience in programming
• experience in developing hardware and precise mechanical devices is an advantage
• experience with research projects and relevant publication activity is an advantage
Responsibility and duties:
• work in the Laboratory of X-ray tomography
• measuring, data processing, development of software tools
• collaboration on the implementation of various research projects and contracts
• collaboration on the formulation of new projects
• work on interdisciplinary research projects in the field
• presentation of results at various events, including international conferences
Start date: after agreement
