Archive of aerial photographs represents a collection of several thousands of aerial photographs (slides and negatives) that arose from activities of the Institute since 1990′s. The collection includes photographs of both newly discovered sites and documentary snapshots of historic monuments and cultural landscape. Photographs as well as accompanying documents (maps, coordinates, accompanying finds, etc.) can be studied within the area of the archive only after agreement of the responsible member of staff or the director of the Institute. Representative selection of the aerial photographs was already digitalized, and the same rules as for the study of negatives, slides, and photographs is also applied on any work with them.
