Josef is working with the Synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials research team as his Open Science intership, where he is involved in the current research on the growth of ZnO nanoparticles.

The main attraction of the International Training School on "Fibre Lasers and Fibre Optic Technology" were the lectures given by the leading European experts from both academia and industry, as well as by the "hands-on" laboratory exercises, during which they participated in the preparation of optical fibres or fibre lasers build-up.
