In my PhD Thesis, which is in progress, new groups of interesting scintillating materials (Ce3+-doped orthosilicates of luthecium, yttirum and gadolinium, non-stoichiometric strontium hafnates and zirconates, ternary sulfides of alcalic metal and lanthanoid) will be presented. Also, a method of delayed recombination integrals measurement will be introduced. A theoretical model describing this interesting physical phenomena will be address and aplied to existing data.
