Description/Comments:
A two-year postdoctoral position, with an option of extension, is available in the research team of Martin Markl within the prestigious Praemium Academiae grant awarded to him by the President of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Applications are invited from candidates who have completed their PhD within the last 5 years (or will have completed it before the beginning of employment), and who have strong background in operads and their applications, and/or higher structures. Some knowledge of geometry, homotopy theory, homological algebra and mathematical physics (string theory) is welcome.
Appointment period: 24 months
Starting date: January 1, 2019, or by agreement
