Research interest
Modeling small molecules with a peptide bond in aqueous media and their interactions with various ions, especially N-methylacetamide with Na⁺, Ca²⁺ and Cl^-. Currently working on ionic pairing of Ca²⁺ and Cl^- in a water solution using classical and ab initio molecular dynamics methods.
