JUDr. Martin Kobert

Martin Kobert has been working in the Technology Centre from September 2016 with responsibility of general legal agenda. Previously he worked over 6 years at Technology Agency of the Czech republic also as a lawyer and later head of legal unit. On 12 april 2016 Martin performed State rigorous examination at the Department of International and European Law, Masaryk University, Faculty of Law, Brno. He is focused mainly on state aid law, public procurement, research and development law and author´s resale rights (droit de suite). He speaks English and in the independent user level German and Russian. In the present he is also member of presidium of the Antique Dealers Asociation as a legal advisor.
