Ph.D. recruitment process at IOCB Prague:
The process of online application:
- See the list of the available Ph.D. projects in four areas:

- Before applying to our Ph.D. recruitment process, you should have those documents ready:
- CV
- B.Sc. and M.Sc. Transcripts
- Cover letter (Why would like to join us?)
- APPLY via online application form by February 21, 2019.
- Principal investigators (PIs) shortlist applicants with whom they wish to meet.
- Shortlisted applicants are invited for face-to-face interviews which take place during the IOCB Interview Day on March 14, 2019 (Skype interview can be arranged upon request).
- Candidates are informed about the results within a week. If accepted by a PI, the candidate has to for enrollment to a given university listed by the PI for the selected project.
- Ph.D. students must be enrolled in partner Czech universities:
- Each university has its own process, terms and deadlines for Ph.D. applications, which are separate from the IOCB recruitment process. You may discuss the details with the respective PI.
- At the same time, they are employed by IOCB Prague (part-time or full time), which results in a competitive salary (scholarship from the university + salary from IOCB).
