Abstract: Applying the electron-phonon interaction in an approximation going beyond the limits of the perturbation calculation we indicate not only the absence of the phonon bottleneck in quantum dots, but we can also explain other effects like e.g. those connected with the photoluminescence of quantum dots made from the materials with the indirect gap, like the small particles of InAs.
