| Research interest |
- Structure-activity studies of peptides (cholecystokinin analogues, CART peptides) with special emphasis on their anorectic activity after central and peripheral administration; binding affinities, in vitro and in vivo functional assays.
- Study of food intake regulation in mouse models of obesity.
- Ligand binding and signal transduction in cultured cells (study of LDL receptor, putative CART receptor in neuronal cell cultures).
