1993-1996 Ph.D. in organic chemistry, under supervision of Dr. A.Holý at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, Prague.
1988-1993 M.Sc. in organic chemistry, under supervision of Prof. J.Kuthan at the Prague Institute of Chemical technology.
 
Experience
1997 Postdoctoral fellow with Prof. L. Ghozes at the Department of Chemistry, Université Catholique de Louvain, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.

since 2014 Full professor at the Charles University in Prague.
