The presentation focused on two nanofabrication methods that we have developed, namely, template stripping for making ultra-smooth patterned metals and atomic layer lithography for making atomic-scale nanogaps toward applications in nanoplasmonic sensing and spectroscopy.

Recent results on SPR biosensing using template-stripped nanostructures were presented, too.
