Project: Experimental analysis of electromagnetic waves in the inner magnetosphere of the Earth
The goal of the project is to improve the knowledge of the wave phenomena in the inner magnetosphere of the Earth using the Electromagnetic Wave Analyzer (ELMAVAN) instrument onboard the RESONANCE satellite system. The scientific motivation is to investigate properties of whistler-mode chorus emissions, nonlinear wave-particle interactions, properties of equatorial emissions, and auroral hiss. The development and the manufacturing of the analyzer is directly related to our scientific activities
