Členovci jsou pravděpodobně nejúspěšnějším živočišným kmenem. Jejich prvohorní zástupce však bylo vždy obtížné zasadit do fylogenetického stromu členovců. Tento článek shrnuje současné názory na fylogenezi některých vymřelých skupin, jako jsou Radiodonta, dvoumiskoví členovci, Megacheira, Artiopoda, Marrellomorpha a Eurypterida.

Arthropods are probably the most successful animal phylum. However, the phylogeny of their Paleozoic representatives has always been difficult to resolve. This paper summarises current views on the phylogeny of some extinct groups, such as Radiodonta, bivalved arthropods, Megacheira, Artiopoda, Marrellomorpha and Eurypterida.
