Science Fair 2019
On June 6-8 the fourth annual Science Fair of the Czech Academy of Sciences was held in Prague. One of the largest events of this type in the Czech Republic attracted more than 30,000 visitors.
Scientists and students from IOCB Prague presented the development of new drugs on examples of current cancer research in the laboratory of Pavel Majer or neurosteroids for neuropathic pain and epilepsy in Eva Kudová's lab.
In addition, IOCB had a chemical laboratory for children in place and showed a brand new chemical game in virtual reality.
