Research in IIC

The main groups of topics are

• Chemistry of boranes: their synthesis, isolation, porification, structure identification, property characterization, identification of their perspective materials properties
• Materials chemistry: synthesis of solids with interesting materials features using chemical and physical-chemical routes, corresponding characterization of these solids
• Photophysics and photochemistry: study of processes and materials related to their interaction with UV or Vis light
• Analysis: development and creative use of chemical and instrumental analytical methods for solids
