An interesting event of this year's 61st International Engineering Fair in Brno is the seminar devoted to nuclear energy and industrial possibilities within the implementation of the ITER fusion reactor. The seminar will be organized by the Research Center Řež in cooperation with IPP and will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019.
"ITER Industry Day" will provide information not only about the ITER experimental fusion reactor project, but also about the possibilities and opportunities for the Czech industry to supply and contract for its construction. For example, ITER CEO Bernard Bigot and Massimo Garribba, Deputy Director-General for Energy of the European Commission, will come. Among others invited are also director of the Fusion for Energy Agency (F4E) Johannes Schwemmer and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic Karel Havlíček.
