The project Center of Reconstruction Neuroscience – NEURORECON encompasses the creation and development of excellent research team headed by prominent foreign scientists, prof. James Fawcett (University of Cambridge), which will deal with R & D in the field of therapeutic methods nervous system. The project builds on existing R & D activities of the Institute of Experimental Medicine ASCR, v.v.i. and in connection with its implementation will strengthen the quality of research at the international level, the acquisition of lack of infrastructures and intensify international cooperation IEM.

The project is financed from the Operational Programme Research and Education (OP VVV), which is a multi-year thematic program sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, within which it is possible in the programming period 2014-2020 draw on funds from the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI +).
