The satellite navigation systems are commonly used for time scale comparison. A new generation of the navigation satellite systems will be available in the near future and thus the research of time comparison methods based on signals of these new systems and the development of an appropriate time comparison instrument are the subjects of this project.
IPE carries out fundamental and applied research in the scientific fields of photonics, optoelectronics and electronics. In these fields, IPE generates new knowledge and develops new technologies.
