Abstract

New biocompatible chemical or enzymatic reactions will be studied and developed for modification of epigenetic bases (e.g. 5hmC, 5hmU, 5fC, etc.). These reactions will be then applied in labeling, imaging or sequencing of the epigenetic nucleobases in DNA.

Universities

PhD students must be enrolled in a partner university and will be employed by the IOCB Prague at the same time (part-time or full time), which results in a competitive salary (a scholarship from the university + a salary from the IOCB).
