The MAE Program Opens the New Academic Year at CERGE-EI

The new 2019/2020 academic year started at CERGE-EI today for the MA in Applied Economics program, with the PhD in Economics and MA in Economic Research programs joining in two weeks, on September 23.
As usual, the MAE program opens with Discovery Week - an intensive consulting project for a non-profit organization based on the Human Centered Design approach.
This year, our students will collaborate with ERGO Aktiv a provider of rehabilitation services for people who have suffered a stroke.
In addition to the courses focused on economics and data-analysis, the students will also work on improving their communication skills and personal professional development during the three semesters.
We wish them good luck and plenty of energy for the year to come.
