Today we welcomed an interesting guest from the Italian University of Florence. Professor Massimo Gurioli, who works at the Department of Physics and Astronomy, gave a lecture on scientific research on near field microscopy. Professor Gurioli pointed out, among other things, the tremendous progress in nanophotonics and the subsequent development of different imaging techniques.
