Přednáška: Husitský duch v hudbě revolučního roku 1848

Husovsko-husitský repertoár roku 1848 představí dr. Viktor Velek na přednášce 20. ledna 2020 od 17:30 v prostorách Muzea Bedřicha Smetany. Na přednášce, kterou doplní živá hudební produkce souboru Ostravská bandaska, budou připomenuty nejen starší (opět živé či aktualizované) písně, ale také nová tvorba spjatá přímo s revolučními událostmi. Viktor Velek přiblíží obsah písní v kontextu společenského vývoje a doplní svou přednášku o projekci ikonografického materiálu. Těšit se lze na příklady tvorby literární (např. J. V. Frič, K. H. Borovský) i hudební (např. B. Smetana, J. T. Krov, F. Škroup).
