Records of the publication activity of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (ASEP)
- ASEP is a system for the gathering, processing, storage and dissemination of information about publications and other information output of basic research at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. The database of records on the publication activity of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic is created in the ARL (Advanced Rapid Library) information system and contains bibliographic records on the results of scientific research at institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic during the period 1985–2007, with complete records from 1993.
- The academy’s ASEP is a source of information for the index of result information (RIV), though it does have a broader scope in view of the internal requirements of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (ASEP analytics).
Open Access
- Open access is defined as permanent and free online access to documents (and full-texts in particular) for all users. This status includes free and unlimited reading, downloading, copying, sharing, saving, printing, searching and hypertext connection. The Open Access Policy of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic was approved by the Academic Board of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic on 14 September 2010.
The publication activity of the Academy of Sciences Library
- The Academy of Sciences Library publishes specialist publications, journals, bibliographies and analytic registers of old prints from its own collections. The staff of the Academy of Sciences Library also contribute specialist articles to Czech and foreign journals and monographs.

An informational bulletin issued to meet the needs of the libraries and scientific information centres of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. Provides organisational information and an overview of items of interest in the area of library and information services from the Czech Republic and abroad.
