Zajímavým teoretickým příspěvkem v novém čísle Československé psychologie

je studie věnovaná metaforizaci coby reautorizaci (negativní) zkušenosti. Přehledová studie je věnována religiozitě a spiritualitě ve stáří. Informativní studie v rubrice Z klinické praxe se zaměřuje na význam znalosti zvláštností pacienta. Diskuse v reakci na článek K. Hnilici uveřejněný v č. 5 je věnována politické korektnosti.

Tématem skvělé teoretické studie, jež vychází v předposledním letošním čísle Československé psychologie,

 je rozpracování spojitostí hravosti a ritualizace zkušenosti ve vývoji integrity ega v koncepci stadií psychosociálního vývoje Erika H. Eriksona. Přehledové studie se věnují psychologickým souvislostem odchodu do důchodu, metakognitivní charakteristice intelektově mimořádně nadaných dětí, kognitivním funkcím u depresivních onemocnění a problematice sebe-opravňování.

Téma zvláštního čísla Československé psychologie

patří jednomu z nejpalčivějších problémů lidské civilizace - chudobě. OSN stanovila v Agendě pro udržitelný rozvoj do roku 2030 boj proti chudobě jako svůj hlavní cíl. V EU se ohrožení chudobou týká téměř čtvrtiny populace (více než 120 milionů lidí).

Kateřina Chládková

I work on the cognitive processing of speech and language with focus on speech sound learning and category formation in adults and infants. I am interested in all areas of laboratory phonology and phonetics in general. My current projects aim to describe the development al trajectory of various types of vowel contrasts in Czech-learning infants, assessing the effects of pre-natal exposure in newborns and the effects of talker accent on speech sound learning in older infants. I use behavioural (e.g. looking paradigms), neurophysiological (ERPs) and computational methods (neural networks).
 
Our research features in a video on baby language, morning TV show and news report on native and second language speech learning.
