Nano-optics scientists have won several awards at international conferences this year
During 2019, members of the Nano-optics research team received numerous awards at international conferences.

Łukasz Bujak - poster Plasminoca 2019

Łukasz Bujak won the award for the best scientific poster at the 7th edition of the Workshop on Plasmonics and its Applications, Plasmonica 2019, Naples, Italy, June 19-21, 2019. 

 

Kristýna Holanová - ocenění EBSA  Kristýna Holanová, Anthony Wats a Greg Winter

Kristýna Holanová brought 3 awards to the Czech Republic. She won the award “Best Presentation” Prize in EBSA Summer School 2019, “Biophysics in the 21st Century”, El Escorial, Spain, July 17-20, 2019). In the picture there is (from left) Kristýna Holanová (IPE), Anthony Watts (past President of The European Biophysical Societies' Association, Biochemistry Department, University of Oxford) and biochemist Greg Winter (Laboratory of Molecular Biology, University of Cambridge), who won the Nobel Prize for chemistry in 2018.

Kristýna Holanová won also the prize for the best poster in session: Biophysics of cytoskeleton in 12th EBSA/10th ICBP-IUPAP Biophysics Congress, Madrid, Spain, July 20-24, 2019.

 

Kristýna Holanová - ocenění Berlín

The last award for Kristyna was Student Award “Best Talk”, 25th International Anniversary Workshop on “Single Molecule Spectroscopy and Super-resolution Microscopy in the Life Sciences”, Berlin, Germany, September 3-6, 2019).
