Aim: The objective of the meeting is training of young researches in the field of theoretical chemistry from Visegrad countries and Austria to prepare them for oral presentations at big international conferences. We expect about 120 participants from Visegrad countries and a few participants from Austria. The donation is intended to be used for reducing the registration fee (including accommodation and board) of about 30 young and 10 invited researchers from Visegrad countries and for invitation of 1-2 prominent senior lecturers from outside the Visegrad region.
The 7th Central European Symposium on Theoretical Chemistry, CESTC2008 will take place at Hejnice, North Bohemia, from September 28 to October 1, 2008. The meeting will be held in the former monastery at Hejnice which is now the residence of the Center for Spiritual Rehabilitation. As at previous CESTC meetings the expected number of participants is 120 or slightly more.
