Patents and Licences

FZU offers its portfolio of Czech and international patents for use. Patent applications are prepared by our Patent Attorney, who can act as a Czech and European representative. Licenses to use industrial rights are usually granted as non-exclusive, but other forms are possible following individual negotiations. License arrangement and other legal support are provided by the Technology Transfer Office. The patent database contains a complete portfolio of valid patents and published applications from FZU.
