New results from theoretical studies of spatial distribution of oscillating electric field around biomolecular nanostructures - microtubules with nm precision have been obtained. We have shown that cellular radiofrequency electromagnetic field generated by biomolecular nanostructures can be measured only by nanotechnological methods. New types of nanoelectrode sensors and amplifying system for measurement of local biomolecular radiofrequency electric field at the biological cell membrane have been developed. Unit for micromanipulation of the single cell to the sensor nanoelectrodes under the optical microscope within the electromagnetically screened chamber has been prepared. Optical emission from biological cell samples has been measured using single photon counting photomultiplier detection system.
