  • Oversight of a staff of approximately 36 researchers and engineers divided into 7 teams (Perla Thin-disk lasers, Multi-slab lasers, Nonlinear Optics, Laser Modeling, Compact & Cryogenic lasers, Components & Commercial Systems, Fiber Laser Technologies)
  • Responsible for scope, schedule, and budget
