In the journal Právník (5/2020) was published the article Dienstbier, Jakub – Derka Viktor – Horák, Filip: Constitutionality of Emergency Measures under the Public Health Protection Act. The article answers four consecutive research questions concerning the problems of the regulation regarding emergency government.
