Graduated with a degree in Archaeology from the Institute of Archaeology and Museology of the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University in Brno. She is currently engaged in postgraduate studies at the same institute. In 2009- 2010 she worked as an archaeologist for the National Heritage Institute at its site in Telč. Since 2010 she has been employed by the Institute of Archaeology of the Academy of Sciences, Brno, first as an abstractor for the grant project Internet Encyclopaedia of the City of Brno, and since 2011 as a specialist for the Department of Monument Preservation.
