Sémanticko-pragmatický deficit u detí s narušeným vývinom reči |
| Štúdia prináša prehľad doterajších poznatkov
z aktuálnych výskumov za posledných dvadsaťpäť
rokov k problematike sémanticko-pragmatického
syndrómu. Tento syndróm špecificky
narušeného vývinu reči zasahuje do rozhrania
jazykových a kognitívnych vývinových porúch,
ako sú pervazívne vývinové poruchy a poruchy
pozornosti s hyperaktivitou. Popisuje terminologické
vymedzenie, klasifikáciu, klinický
obraz a možnosti diagnostiky, ako aj diferenciálno-
diagnostické znaky u tých diagnóz, ktoré
je v klinickej praxi problematické navzájom
odlíšiť. Sú to expresívne formy narušeného
vývinu reči, poruchy pozornosti s hyperaktivitou,
autizmus, Aspergerov syndróm a mentálna
retardácia. |

| Semantic-pragmatic disorder in children
with language impairment |
| The study brings the overview of present knowledge
from the current studies of semantic-pragmatic
syndrome for last twenty five years. This
syndrome of specific language impairment interferes
in the boundary of language and cognitive
developmental disorders like pervasive
developmental disorders and attention disorders
with hyperactivity. The authors describe the terminological
demarcation, classification, clinical
picture, and diagnostics possibilities, as well as
differentially diagnostic signs in those diagnosis
which are difficult to differentiate in the
clinical practice. These are the expressive forms
of language development impairment, attention
disorders with hyperactivity, autism, Asperger´s
syndrome, and mental retardation. |
