Mgr. Jiří Kotouček

Jiří Kotouček works at Technology Centre CAS in the National Information Centre for European Research Department and he is a national contact point (NCP) for legal issues of the Framework Programme Horizon 2020. His main areas of specialization are intellectual property law, open access to scientific data and contractual issues.

Before joining Technology Centre he worked as a legal trainee. He focused on the commercial law and public procurement. He graduated from Faculty of Law, Masaryk University Brno.
