Měření variabilní fluorescence chlorofylu nalézá stále větší uplatnění v rostlinné fyziologii
The measurement of the variability of chlorophyll fluorescence is increasingly implemented in plant physiology and in the eco-physiology of photosynthesis in monitoring processes which are directly or indirectly related to photosynthesis. It is used not only in basic research (changes in photosynthesis at the microscopic level of chloroplasts up to plant communities), but also in the whole range of applications (e.g. the diagnosis and selection of hardy cultivars of agricultural crops or the measurement of the productivity at great ocean depths).
