CZECHOSLOVAK MATHEMATICAL JOURNAL publishes original research papers of high scientific quality in mathematics. Although under a new title, the present journal is the continuation of the renowned Časopis pro pěstování mathematiky a fysiky founded in 1872. The publishers' intention to continue and maintain the tradition of our old journal is emphasized by the fact that the numbering of the volumes has not been changed, e.g. 54(129). The journal is published quarterly in issues containing about 300 pages each. Manuscripts of papers intended for publication should be prepared according to the instructions for authors and submitted through the electronic Journal System.
The journal is indexed and abstracted in the Citation Index Expanded (SciSearch) and the Journal Citation Reports/ScienceEdition, Scopus, zbMATH, MathSciNet, EBSCO Discovery Service. Its 5-year impact factor released in the Clarivate Analytics Journal Citation Reports (JCR) based on 2019 data is 0.483. Impact factor as of 2019 is IF 0.412.
