Department is responsible for requirements specification, incl. concept of operations, design, development, testing, delivery, and integration of the beam distribution, control system and related subsystems and components – e.g. alignment, diagnostics, beam transport, control system, performance and data acquisition, facility-level timing system and support systems, incl. requirements for the vacuum system.
