Nešpor, Zdeněk R. 2004. „Religious Processes in Contemporary Czech Society.“ Sociologický časopis / Czech Sociological Review 40 (3): 277-295. ISSN 0038-0288.
This paper attempts to fulfil such a lack of knowledge; the subject is analyzed with special respect to the value based on culture, symbolic representations and socio-economic institutions. Due to the lack of empirical research, except for quantitative surveys and censuses, the author mainly works with his observations which also include historic arguments and analyses. He maintains that the developing trends of the contemporary Czech religiosity are both similar and dissimilar with those in Western Europe
